A member-owned AI doorway

One login.
Your models.
Shared roof.

You sit in the middle. Grok is the house door. GPT, Claude, and Gemini are there if you bring those keys, plus image, voice, search, and hear. Fueled, ready to pull in. As we grow, we divide the bulk price.

Why a co-op

Aggregation is the whole trick.

A doorway for one shop is a tax. A doorway for fifty shops is a buying group. Members split the roof, and as the roster grows we can take bulk rates — seats, credits, vendor plans — and divide them instead of letting each shop buy retail. Your own keys still work. Markup is not the business.

Your keys

Paste API keys in settings. Encrypted on this server. Tokens burn on your vendor account, not ours.

One door

One URL, one login, GPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini in a menu. Seats share the workspace, not a mystery invoice.

Bulk, then divide

One shop pays list. Fifty shops can buy a pool. The co-op takes the bulk price and divides it. That only works if we actually grow.

How we got here

My Finnish grandfather signed the first Land O’Lakes check.

It was a co-op. He put Midwest farms under one roof so the price of insuring individual farms fell as more people joined. That’s what this door is. Your login, your models, a shared roof. As shops come in, we buy like a large corporate customer and divide it. Building anything worthwhile costs serious money if you buy it alone. When we band together we win.

Built to stay dark and small.

No growth team. No model marketplace. No “AI wrapper” taking a cut of tokens. The product is the door, the seats, and the books of the co-op.

How the share moves

As the co-op grows, we divide the bulk price.

Roof first. Then vendor bulk, split by who is in. Illustrative slope — not a live meter yet.

1 shop$19per month
10 shops$12per month
50 shops$7per month
200 shops$4per month

Founding $19 is the door. Bulk rates get posted on Books when we can actually buy them together.

Straight answers

What you are actually joining.

Who owns this?

ClearPortals is being run as a co-op: members pay for the door, not for a markup on intelligence. The domain may still be purchased; the product is the shared doorway.

Do you resell GPT or Claude?

Not as a markup shop. You can keep using your own keys. When the co-op is big enough, we buy bulk and divide that price among members who opt in — the savings are the point, not a hidden margin.

What is arbitrage here?

The gap between list price for one shop and bulk price for a pile of shops. Most companies keep that gap. We divide it once we can actually buy the bulk. Not token trading. Read the full line.

What is bulk pricing here?

Volume on the door (hosting, seats) and, later, volume with vendors. One invoice into the co-op, then split. Small shops get the rate a large shop would have gotten alone.

When does the share actually drop?

When enough workspaces are paying to cover the roof with room to spare. We will publish member count and the current share. Until then, founding shops start at $19 / month.

What is in a workspace?

One login for your people, a GPT / Claude switch, encrypted key storage, and a room that stays dark. Usage logs and more seats come next.
