Terms

The door, in writing.

ClearPortals is a member doorway. You supply your own API keys (xAI Grok is the house door; OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and ElevenLabs if you bring them) and you pay those vendors for usage. We are not those vendors and we do not resell their models.

The monthly share is for the roof: hosting, login, and the software of the door. As membership grows, the intended share falls toward the roof divided by members. When the co-op buys bulk (seats, credits, vendor plans), that price is divided among members who opt in — not marked up. Until the books carry a lower split, the founding door rate applies. Bulk is not owed until we actually buy it.

Chat, pictures, voice, search, and transcripts are sent to the vendor you pick, with your key, under that vendor’s terms. The door is not medical, legal, tax, safety, or financial advice. Models are wrong sometimes. You are responsible for your seats, your keys, your vendor bills, and what is sent through your shop.

Liability

The door is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that a vendor key will keep working.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ClearPortals and the people running it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or charges your vendors bill to your keys.

If we are nevertheless liable, that liability is capped at the roof share you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Token spend is not included. You will cover the co-op for claims from misuse, illegal use, someone else’s use of your login, or burning the roof.

The domain ClearPortals.com may be sold. If it is sold, accounts may be closed or moved. Paid months are not a claim on the domain name.

Do not submit secrets you cannot afford to store on a small server. Founding access can be revoked if someone burns the roof.
